Acceptance

By creating an account, purchasing or using Payday Balance, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Payday Balance.

What Payday Balance is

Payday Balance is a personal planning and organization tool that helps you:

• Organize paychecks
• Organize household bills
• Assign bills to paychecks
• Track due dates
• Mark bills paid or unpaid
• See money remaining after assigned bills
• View monthly planning information
• Track a simple savings goal

Payday Balance is a planning and organization tool and does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice.

• Calculations depend on the information you enter
• You should independently verify important amounts and dates
• You remain responsible for your bills, payments and financial decisions

Using Payday Balance does not guarantee that you will avoid missed bills, late fees or any other financial outcome.

Your account

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information
• Keeping your credentials secure
• Activity that happens through your account
• Contacting support if you suspect unauthorized access

Impersonation

You may not present yourself as Vovena Apps, Payday Balance, an administrator, an owner, support personnel, staff, or another user. Display names that could mislead other people about who you are may be changed or restricted.

Price

Payday Balance costs $15 USD as a one-time purchase. There is no subscription, no recurring billing and no automatic renewal. A successful purchase provides access to the paid Payday Balance application subject to these Terms.

Immediate digital access

Payday Balance is a digital product. Access is normally provided immediately after your payment has been successfully confirmed. This is also relevant to our Refund Policy.

Paddle as Merchant of Record

Purchases are processed through Paddle. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record / authorized reseller for Payday Balance transactions and handles the payment transaction, applicable transaction taxes, buyer payment documentation and relevant transaction support and refund processing.

Paddle does not own or operate Payday Balance. Payday Balance remains a Vovena Apps product. Vovena Apps does not directly receive or store your full payment card details.

Payment and access

Paid access is connected to your Payday Balance account. You may not:

• Bypass payment controls
• Falsify payment status
• Manipulate checkout information
• Create fake payment records
• Reuse another person's payment
• Tamper with access-control mechanisms
• Access another user's account
• Otherwise obtain unauthorized paid access

Acceptable use

You may not:

• Attempt unauthorized access
• Interfere with app security
• Exploit vulnerabilities
• Upload malicious content
• Misuse the service
• Impersonate official staff
• Use Payday Balance for illegal purposes
• Attempt to interfere with other users

Intellectual property

Payday Balance branding, software, interface design, original content and related product materials are owned by or licensed to Vovena Apps, as applicable. You receive a limited right to use Payday Balance for its intended purposes. Vovena Apps does not claim ownership of the financial information or other lawful content you enter into your account.

Availability and changes

Payday Balance may receive updates, undergo maintenance, change features or experience temporary interruptions. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Your one-time purchase provides ongoing access to Payday Balance subject to product availability, these Terms, applicable law and future reasonable product changes.

Accuracy

Payday Balance calculations depend on the information you enter. Please verify important bill amounts, paycheck amounts, due dates and savings figures before relying on them.

Suspension

Access may be restricted or suspended in cases of serious fraud, abuse, security attacks, unauthorized access attempts or violations of these Terms. A valid full refund may also result in access being revoked.

Refunds

Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

Your rights under local law

Depending on where you live, you may have mandatory rights that cannot legally be waived. Nothing in these Terms removes those rights.

Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
