Information you provide

You may provide information such as:

• Email address
• Account credentials
• Paycheck information
• Bill names, amounts, due dates and categories
• Paid/unpaid status of bills
• Savings goals
• Reminder preferences
• Feedback messages
• Optional screenshots attached to feedback

You enter your financial planning information manually. Payday Balance does not connect directly to bank accounts.

Payment information

Purchases of Payday Balance are processed through Paddle. Vovena Apps and Payday Balance do not directly receive or store your full payment card details when Paddle processes the transaction.

Paddle may process transaction information for purposes including:

• Completing purchases
• Payment processing
• Receipts and invoices
• Tax handling
• Fraud prevention
• Refunds where applicable
• Transaction support

How information is used

• Provide Payday Balance functionality

Email features

If you enable email-based features that are made available through Payday Balance, we may use your email address to provide those communications.

Feedback

Feedback submitted through Settings → Send Feedback is not anonymous. A feedback submission may include your account ID, name, email address, the selected feedback category, your message, an optional screenshot and the submission date.

Submitted feedback is privately accessible to authorized Vovena Apps administrators for support and product-improvement purposes.

Your data stays with your account

Payday Balance is designed so that you access only your own paychecks, bills, savings goals, reminder settings and feedback.

Service providers

Trusted third-party service providers may be used for areas such as hosting, authentication, database and file storage, payments, email communications and security. Paddle is the payment provider and acts as Merchant of Record / authorized reseller for Payday Balance purchases.

Data retention

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for providing Payday Balance, account administration, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal obligations and legitimate business records.

Privacy and account requests

You may contact vovena.apps@gmail.com for privacy-related or appropriate account and data requests. We will handle applicable privacy requests in accordance with relevant law. Some information may need to be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, payment or security reasons.

Security

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect information. However, no internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children's privacy

Payday Balance is intended for adults managing household finances and is not knowingly directed at children under 13.

International processing

Payday Balance and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country you live in.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
