Refund Policy

What you are purchasing

Payday Balance — $15 USD one-time purchase. There is no subscription, no recurring billing and no automatic renewal.

Immediate access

Payday Balance is a digital product. Access is normally provided immediately after your payment has been successfully confirmed.

General refund rule

Because Payday Balance is a digital product that provides immediate access after purchase, purchases are generally final and non-refundable once access has been granted.

Exceptions may apply where:

• A refund is required by applicable law
• Mandatory consumer rights apply
• Payday Balance is materially defective or materially not provided as described
• You cannot access the product because of a qualifying technical defect that cannot reasonably be resolved
• Paddle determines that a refund should be provided under its applicable policies

Change of mind

Because access is supplied immediately, Vovena Apps generally does not provide refunds simply because you changed your mind, decided you no longer need the product, or did not use the product after receiving access. This remains subject to mandatory consumer rights and to Paddle's applicable policies, and does not override a statutory withdrawal or cancellation right where such a right legally applies to you.

Technical problems

If something is not working, please contact vovena.apps@gmail.com first. Vovena Apps will investigate and try to resolve legitimate access or technical problems. If a material problem prevents access to the features as described and cannot reasonably be resolved, a refund may be available in accordance with applicable law and Paddle's policies.

How refunds are processed

Paddle acts as Merchant of Record / authorized reseller for your purchase, so eligible refunds are handled through Paddle. See Paddle's Refund Policy and Paddle buyer support.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights available to you under applicable law.

Effect of a full refund

If a full refund is approved and processed, access to Payday Balance associated with that purchase may be revoked.

Fraud or abuse

Fraudulent or abusive refund activity may be investigated and handled in accordance with applicable law and Paddle's policies.
